Through the delivery of SDM University, we offer robust blended learning paths and performance solutions organized into three academies including Corporate & Leadership, Retail and Pharmacy. Employees can choose the development option that best meets their needs and learning style, including e-learning, instructor led training, virtual classroom, book summaries, video learning tracks and social learning. Employees have access to additional professional development in the form of external industry conferences, internally hosted conferences, tuition reimbursement and Individual Development Planning.
