Do you take passport photos?
Yes, we do! Available in most locations.
Do I need an appointment?
No, just come on in and we'll take care of you. Want to plan ahead? Give us a call to let us know you are coming. The whole process usually takes about 20 minutes.
Do you provide passport applications?
Yes, application forms are available in-store. Applications are also available online when you visit www.passportcanada.gc.ca
When should I have my passport photos taken?
You should have it taken well in advance of any scheduled trips. After your photo is taken and application submitted, it usually takes 2-6 weeks to receive your passport. You can apply up to 12 months after having your passport photos taken.
Will you sign my passport photos?
No, we cannot sign your passport photos. You need a guarantor to sign your passport. To see a list of qualified guarantors click here
Do you take Canadian Citizenship photos as well?
Yes, we do. Through our convenient locations you can get photos for:
- Canadian Citizenship
- Permanent Resident Card
- Status Card
- Travel Visas
- Student / Work Visas
- Firearms Licenses
Note: Photo size specifications vary depending on the type of application. Let us know what the size requirements are prior to taking your picture based on the details provided on the application form.

What if my passport photo gets rejected?
We take much care in ensuring that your photos are within the set government standards.
Can I wear a hat in my passport photo?

How long does it take to process my application?
The turnaround time for a Passport Application submitted in person at one of the Passport Canada offices is approximately 10 days*.

In person at a Passport Canada counter – 10 business Days
By mail or courier (from the US or Canada) - 20 business days
Through a receiving agent (Service Canada or Canada Post) - 20 business days
