I didn’t receive a statement. How can I order a copy?
You can sign in to Online Access to view and download available account statements for the last 12 months free of charge. You can also call 1.888.455.8679 to request a copy of your account statement, however there may be a fee for your request.
I will be moving temporarily. Can I update my address for a few months?
Yes. Simply call 1.888.455.8679 to change your address. Upon returning to your permanent residence, call us again to change your address.
How do I request additional users for my account?

www.onlineaccess.ca to add authorized users online. With the BofA Canada Bank credit card account you can have up to nine additional authorized users on your account. Call 1.888.455.8679, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to add authorized users to your account, for no extra charge.
