• Sign In to the Shoppers Drug Mart® App using your PC™id information or Create an Account if you don’t already have one. You can also jump right into the App as a guest and will be prompted to Sign In if you would like to load your PC Optimum points offers, purchase beauty products or request a refill for your prescriptions.

• What is a PC™id?
• A PC™id identification is a universal login that can be used to access your accounts across a variety of Loblaws® and Shoppers Drug Mart® Inc online platforms. If you are registered with PCOptimum.ca, JoeFresh.ca, Beauty.ShoppersDrugMart.ca, PCExpress.ca, you already have one.
  Your PC™id is a combination of your email address and a password used as your login information.

• What information do I need to sign into the Shoppers Drug Mart® App?
• If you have a PC™id associated with any of the above noted websites, you can start by entering your associated email address and password. If you do not have a PC™id associated with any of the above noted websites, you can create one in the App.

• How do I reset my PC™id password?
• TForgot your password? Not a problem!
  Follow these easy steps to reset your password:
  1. Click “Forgot Password”
  2. Enter your em>PC™id email into the text box and click “Send Verification Email”
  3. Check your inbox for the Verification Email from em>PC™id
  4. Click the link to create a new em>PC™id password, confirm your password and click 'Update Password'
  5. Your em>PC™id password has now been updated

• What is 2-step verification?
• 2-Step Verification is an extra layer of security that protects your PC™id account by requiring a second piece of information, in addition to your password, to access your account. Most people only have one layer of security - their password. If this is compromised the account is still protected with 2-Step Verification.
  2-Step verification will send a unique code to your email address every time you log into your PC™id account on a new device. This unique code will be required in addition to your password, to access your account.

• How do I load PC Optimum™ offers in the Shoppers Drug Mart® App?
• If you have the PC Optimum™ app or online account and have registered your PC Optimum card in the Shoppers Drug Mart® App, simply click on the “Offers” tab and click on “PC Optimum Offers” to load your offers the next time you shop. Once you have loaded your offers, you’ll be able to earn them when you purchase the qualifying products at any participating store.

• Where can I use my personalized PC Optimum offers?
• Most personalized offers can be used at participating stores of the PC Optimum program (depending on the product’s availability). Some personalized offers will be exclusive to certain locations and called out at the top of the offer.
