I work in a school, should I get tested for COVID-19?

There was a recent announcement by Alberta’s chief medical officer, Dr. Deena Hinshaw, encouraging all teachers and school staff to voluntarily get tested, prior to students returning to school in September. This will help the government assess re-entry risk at baseline and also help them closely monitor the virus activity throughout the school. So again, if you are an educator in Alberta, and you are asymptomatic and feeling well, please contact your nearest Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy to book your test.

Whether you have questions about your prescription medications, over-the-counter products, immunizations, or other health concerns, our pharmacists are here to help.
