What can we do to help ourselves from getting a cold?

To help protect ourselves from getting a cold, we need to take measures to keep our immune system strong and healthy. So again, making sure we’re getting enough rest, enough sleep, getting sufficient water intake throughout the day, and exercising regularly. Another thing that we can do to prevent getting a cold, is to try our best to avoid large indoor gatherings through the cough and cold season, where we know such viruses can be easily spread. The last recommendation is to continue wearing our masks. Wearing masks can help protect both ourselves, and others from getting sick with the cold.

Whether you have questions about your prescription medications, over-the-counter products, immunizations, or other health concerns, our pharmacists and registered dietitians are here to help.
