Are the COVID-19 vaccinations safe? What are the side effects and adverse reactions?

The COVID vaccines that I worked with was the Pfizer product, but I also heard from prior clinics that the Moderna vaccine was used and they were quite safe. These are very safe vaccines and there were no issues in their utilization. From a side effect perspective, they are no different than most other vaccines that we see in communities, such as the flu vaccine. So, the experiences I had at those clinics, there were no serious adverse reactions with anyone that we administered and the side effects that most people experienced are quite common. Things like a sore arm, a sore area around the injection site, which may persist for a day or two, and maybe a slight headache the next day but other than that, they were very well tolerated.
