    Overview:
    Herbal Insomnia is a Traditional Herbal Medicine, which contains a combination of herbs that may help in relieving insomnia. It can be used for the relief of occasional sleeplessness or insomnia due to overwork, tiredness or fatigue. Contains a balanced blend of Valerian Root, Passionflower Herb, Chamomile Flower, Hops and Wild Lettuce Leaf.

    Active Ingredients

    Valerian (Root, 4:1 extract) 50 mg (Valeriana officinalis) equivalent to 200 mg of Valerian Passionflower (Herb, 4:1 extract) 20 mg (Passiflora incarnata) equivalent to 80 mg of Passionflower Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla,flower) 60 mg Hops (Humulus lupulus, strobile) 50 mg Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa, leaf) 40 mg

    Non-Medicinal Ingredients

    Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dolomite, Acacia, Silicon Dioxide, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate and Spearmint Oil.

    Recommended Dose

    • Adults: Take 2 tablets twice a day with a meal. For best results, take 4 tablets immediately prior to or at bedtime.

    Cautions & Restrictions

    Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persist continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related diseases. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
